Vital Support

Vital Support is a retainer based service that allows you to purchase a block of labor hours at a discounted price.  As you need us, we record the work we do and deduct it from the balance of your hours.   At the end of the month, if you have not used these hours, they are put into pool to be applied to IT projects that are used to improve your business and make you more efficient.  Included in the Vital Support plan are the same proactive monitoring and maintenance features that you get with the Vital Care package. The only difference is you do not have access to unlimited support.

You receive ongoing updates of the work we are performing and the balance of your hours available. You can adjust this block as needed so it can evolve along with your business.

This is a great fit for small business that finds they only need occasional support but like to have the security of knowing a professional staff is available if needed. In addition, those business that have a person on staff that takes care of most of the IT problems, but need to have a team available for the more advanced problems.
